(1)nutty bananas
12ozs.spring water,2 scoops of chocolate whey protein ,1tbsp. of peanutbutter and 1/2 of a banana (in the blender and mix well )
 
(2)coffee lover
12ozs. spring water,1 scoop chocolate whey protein ,1 scoop vanilla whey protein,1tsp of instant coffee and 1/8 cup of almonds (in the blender and mix well)
 
(3)orange cream
12ozs. spring water,2scoops vanilla whey protein and 1tbsp.of sugar free tang (in the blender and mix well)
